Why a quality deck makes all the difference
A deck is the one part of the outdoor room you touch with bare feet, so the substructure and the fixings matter more than the brochure suggests. Framing that is under-specified moves. Fixings that were never meant for the coast bleed rust. Junctions between the deck and the rest of the space are where cheap work always shows first.
